I'm sorry you didn't qualify. As a person with hearing loss, I know you are disappointed but I love your attitude. I'm not as brave as you were. I've been thinking of contacting them to see if I would qualify for their study but I am also afraid. That's a lot of hardware to have in your head and what if the company goes under etc. On the other hand, I went to a workshop this past weekend and I had to struggle so hard with my hearing to do the group activities. I'm an old lady compared to you and hearing loss is pretty new to me. I've never cried about my loss before but this weekend I let some of my grief and frustration out.
