		<description>While there&#039;s a lot to be said for burying the issue because it&#039;s not easily resolved, there also needs to be space in the &quot;industry&quot; for those who are more knowledgeable than the average person about social media to be proud of it without incurring the wrath of everyone else for saying so.

While we hate the terms, unknowing companies are still going to look for the &quot;experts&quot; in any field to help them get started.</description>

		<description>The debate over the &#039;social media expert&#039; label is one that I keep telling myself I am going to bury and stop digging up.  I just think there has got to be better things for us to worry about than what some unemployed guy puts on his Twitter bio.
