When I fell asleep during a road trip to Podcasters Across Borders last year, I didn’t know I was going to wake up to being asked to take the reins as lead organizer for Podcamp Boston this year from Chris Penn and Chris Brogan. And in that spirit of shaking things up…

As a member of the social media community, I often echo Chris Brogan’s advice of be human. My experience has been that for the most part people are human almost always. When you hear corporate names like Walmart, you might not think of warm, human communication. Perhaps after reading this you’ll reconsider.

Christopher Penn has come up with a brilliant script, Twitter Replybot, to allow you to follow back the last 20 people who replied to you on Twitter. You enter your credentials, and fill in the captcha, press send and done.The service is free and he does ask for you to sign up for his newsletter, but it’s optional.
